The Texas A&M Aggies should take away one positive aspect from their loss to Auburn.

The adjustment was made to make up for the injuries of Le'Veon Moss and Cyrus Allen at the same time.

There was a different scheme set up by Collin Klein that made for an interesting look on the offensive side, and the Aggies might need to that again against Texas.

Aggies need to keep Terry Bussey in backfield to make plays

I made a bold prediction on Bussey making a big play on special teams. Instead, Klein made for a different adjustment by putting Bussey in the backfield.

He didn't get all the carries when he was lined up there, but it was a new sight to see.

Bussey made three catches for 29 yards and rushed three times for eight yards. While Bussey didn't break through for anything huge, this needs to be implented more by Klein's offense.

Bussey needs to continue to line up in the backfield. Specifically, he needs to be a safety valve out of the backfield or be the security blanket on a crossing route down the middle of the field.

Texas A&M has been waiting for Bussey to break out, but they don't need to rush that.

Noah Thomas had a breakout game for five catches for 124 yards. The receiving game needs to be in the hands of Thomas and Jahdae Walker.

However, Bussey is someone who can take that load off of Thomas and Walker. Klein is using Bussey in the backfield to make up for two guys out for the season.

Hopefully, Klein utilizes the sets they ran with against Auburn and reuses them against Texas in the Lone Star Showdown.
