Texas A&M football just proved that they missed out on what could've been a really fun postseason. They had a lot of great players, but just fell short on getting the job done.

After getting 13 combine invitees, the most in school history and the nation, the Aggies knew they had the capability of getting guys in the draft early on in the season. Of course, A&M has always had valuable talent year in and year out, but fans all knew from the beginning that the 2025 squad was a special group of guys.

Texas A&M sets program record with 13 players invited to the NFL Draft Combine

This isn't too surprising, but this shows how the Aggies were really one of the best all season long. TexAgs Executive Editor Billy Liucci shows us the list.

Texas A&M had one of the more reliable, seasoned offensive lines in college football all season long. Four OL on that list prove just that. Nate Boerkircher is expecting to be picked after competing in the Senior Bowl and getting invited to the NFL Combine. Even when Scooby Williams only played in six games, he still made for an effective stat line, recording 19 total tackles, one interception and one sack.

Will Lee, Tyler Onyedim, Albert Regis are widely expected to be picked. It's just a matter of which day they will be selected. Le'Veon Moss will probably be a Day 3 pick, and for everybody else, they should have no problem getting drafted.

The 2026 NFL Combine also shows us how Mike Elko has changed the game in the portal, as the Aggies are even on top of blue bloods like LSU, Ohio State and Alabama for the most players invited.

Even though the 2025 season didn't go exactly the way fans wanted, this is going to be a fun NFL to watch over the next few seasons with this class.
