Texas A&M football is on the doorstep of yet another massive addition to their already-stellar 2027 recruiting class— a haul that currently ranks as the number one group in the entire country. The Aggies are not anywhere near done, however: they still have some major momentum with top prospects, including a litany of five stars.

One player they've been in on for quite some time now is Kingwood offensive tackle Kennedy Brown. Long considered the top offensive lineman in the state of Texas, and having spent some time as the top-ranked player in the nation, Brown is a player who would be the crown jewel of any team's class.

The Aggies have long been considered a top contender for Brown's signature, and it looks like they are closing in on sealing the deal very soon. This could be one of many dominos set to fall soon for Texas A&M, as they are surging for top recruits around the country— and Brown may be the first to fall.

Here's the latest scoop on Brown's recruitment:

If that is not convincing enough— just a poster on X, after all— then take a look at Brown's Recruiting Prediction Machine on On3. The top offensive lineman in the state of Texas is currently sitting at a 91.1% prediction to the Aggies— you have to feel about those odds, to put it mildly.

The Aggies are all but home for Brown, as Kingwood is only a little over an hour from Texas A&M's campus, which means that he's been up to College Station with regularity. Texas A&M needs to capitalize on that proximity soon, though, as the longer these five-star races stretch out, the more likely it will be that some school will come in with a crazy offern.

The Aggies are also currently favored via the Recruiting Prediction Machine for fellow five-star tackles Oluwasemilore Oluboboola and Albert Simien— and they are making a strong run at Mark Matthews, though that will be a heck of a battle with Miami. If Texas A&M can close the cycle with just two of those four, then it will be a highlight offensive line class.
