Things looked incredibly bleak at halftime for No. 3 Texas A&M, which was playing South Carolina in front of the 12th Man. The Aggies were down 30-3 at halftime against the Gamecocks, and it looked like Texas A&M's 10-win curse was looming yet again.
Something pretty crazy must have been said at halftime, however, as Texas A&M came out in the second half looking like the team fans are used to. The Aggies scored 28 unanswered points to take a 31-30 lead late in the fourth quarter.
At that point, it was up to the defense to get a stop after a crucial mistake in the red zone by the offense. The defense was able to force a turnover on downs to secure the win with little time left on the clock and keep their undefeated record alive, and have 10 wins for the first time in a long time.
Texas A&M mounted the biggest comeback in program history and in SEC history, so of course, the internet is practically breaking.
Texas A&M fans are wondering if this is really their life
Texas A&M’s 27 point comeback win over South Carolina is the biggest deficit a team has overcome IN THE COUNTRY.

The Aggies are the first SEC team to reach 10 wins.
They are now GUARANTEED to make the College Football Playoff!

It was like a whole new team in the second half for Texas A&M. No other team in the SEC has yet to get 10 wins, and this could have just completely secured their spot in the College Football Playoff.
WHAT A GAME FROM TEXAS A&M‼️

The largest comeback in an SEC conference game over the last 20 years 👏 pic.twitter.com/4hHm5B14G5
This is why you always keep receipts. South Carolina head coach Shane Beamer tried to run his mouth earlier in the game, and it came back to bite him in the end.
What a come back by Texas A&M! #SEC. SEC teams were 0-286 since 2004 when trailing by 27 or more.

Make that 1-286 now.
Texas A&M 10-0 for the first time in 86 years, what phase is Mike Elko in?

Mike Elko almost made everyone want to contest his contract extension during this game, but he was able to get his team on the right page in order to complete the comeback.
Let’s give Texas A&M a lot of credit. They should have lost that game. There isn’t a fan alive that wouldn’t want there team to respond exactly like that. Extremely impressive comeback. Secondly, Beamer, owns that loss. On his shoulders and he should be totally embarrassed.

Texas A&M fans are going to be really mad if the Aggies drop in the CFP rankings this week because of this game, when the committee was kind to the Indiana Hoosiers when they had a bad game.

That truly felt like a Tom Brady comeback for the ages. Brady was able to overcome a 28-3 deficit in the Super Bowl, so technically, the Aggies had a bigger deficit to overcome.
