The Texas fans aren't backing down one bit against Texas A&M fans tomorrow. After their 2024 win, they feel like they can easily play spoiler for Texas A&M's perfect season.
The pot is already hot, thanks to Texas A&M OL Ar'maj Reed-Adams calling out Texas for waiting until the Aggies went into the locker room to dance on their field. The rivalry sparked to a new level when it was announced that Texas would not be allowing Reveille into the stadium.
Most opposing fan bases this season have actually given credit to Texas A&M, and their 11-0 record proves just that. But as A&M fans expect, Texas fans feel the complete opposite.

One of the SEC's talking heads, SEC Mike, tweeted the tale of the tape stats between the Longhorns and Aggies. With the Aggies winning the advanced stats battle, the real game happens on the field.

On the Texas Longhorns 247 fan forum page, some are putting out score predictions.
"I’ll say 27-24 Texas only if they eliminate the turnovers and the costly penalties. Otherwise, 31-23 other team", one Texas fan said.
"Longhorns 45. Annoying Tractor Mechanics 31, another Texas fan said.
It would take a complete failure on the Texas A&M pass rush if they can't get to Arch Manning and give him 45 points. One fan predicts the Texas A&M offense will completely implode and only get 17.
"I’m smelling an upset coming, 24-17 good guys."
As we can see, no Texas fan is giving any room for Texas A&M fans. But we don't expect anything different in the Lone Star Showdown.
