The Aggies aren't taking this one too lightly.

Playing in Starkville is no easy feat, and that's what the Aggies have to go up against. The noise, the cheers, the cowbells might be a factor for the Aggie offense on the road.

Here are three storylines to watch before Texas A&M football takes on the Bulldogs.

Is A&M being treated with disrespect?

"There are no experts, Ernie." That's what Charles Barkley sometimes says to the award-winning Ernie Johnson, referring to analysts talking about sports.

It's not uncommon for people to put the words "trap game" and "Texas A&M" in the same sentence.

Barstool Texas A&M on X seems to be one of many Aggie fans to have a chip on their shoulder.

It seems like there's a chip on the Aggies' shoulders, which is why they have to dominate this Saturday.

Aggies have to send another dominant message

In order to make the Mizzou win look legit (and still relevant), the Aggies have to stand on business like they did against Missouri.

Let's check in on our friend "SEC Mike" on X to see him preview the matchup on all sides of the ball.

It seems like the Bulldogs have one advantage, but it's not even much.

The passing offense efficiency is two spots higher for the Bulldogs. Conner Weigman will be just as ready to go as he was two weeks ago.

The rushing offense for the Aggies have gotten increasingly better this year.

Le'Veon Moss has proven to be the main workhorse in the Aggies backfield. He'll be important throughout the rest of the season.

Dealing with a key injury

The Aggies might be without one of their dynamic playmakers this weekend.

The electric freshman Terry Bussey has been an increasingly part of the Aggie offense. His absence will be felt if he has to miss this game.

This will also be a concern on the special teams considering he's the return specialist.

Other than that, the Aggies are at their peak here in 2024. The team is almost at full strength, and they should be in for a hard-working afternoon against Mississippi State.
