Just like that, Texas A&M's season is over, and it certainly didn't end the way fans would have wanted it to. Not only did the Aggies not win a National Championship, but they lost at home in the first round to a Miami team that wasn't ever in the field until the bracket reveal.

The offensive showing by Texas A&M against Miami certainly left fans wanting more, as the Aggies were only able to put up three points. Many are pointing fingers at offensive coordinator Collin Klein, who is now officially no longer with the team as he is heading back to his Alma Mater, Kansas State, to be the head coach of the Wildcats.

Many wonder that is Klein's focus just wasn't there as his attention has been split the last few weeks between College Station and Manhattan. Klein has been going back and forth between the two places, working to finish his job with the Aggies, but also building his staff with the Wildcats.

While some are very happy to see Klein go, he did do some great things at Texas A&M, and even better, he built a relationship with his players, especially quarterback Marcel Reed. After the game, Klein spoke with the media with Reed by his side, and it was clear that the relationship between these two was special and strong.

"Marcel's dear to me, and I couldn't be more proud of, first of all, the whole unit, but how he has grown into leading that unit," Klein said.

It could be heard in Klein's voice that he was clearly getting choked up speaking about Reed and his growth. Of course, Klein is excited to get to Kansas State and build his own program there, but that doesn't mean he didn't have strong relationships and bonds with the players in College Station.

Fans can be mad about the play calling and the way the offense looked in this game under Klein, but they also need to know he and his players are human. Sometimes football is more than just the plays on the field. Klein clearly cares for this team, and leaving doesn't look like it will be easy for him.
