Texas A&M faced a gut punch Tuesday morning when it was announced that Ruben Dominguez was going to enter the transfer portal and leave College Station.

It might've only been one season, but Dominguez was the perfect piece to Bucky McMillan's philosophy. He was a sharpshooter and could run and play the press when he needed to. Dominguez leaves behind an empty hole in the scoring column, as he averaged 10.2 PPG and shot 40% from deep last year. He also holds the single-game record for most three-pointers made in a game at Texas A&M with 10.

It's a heartbreaker, but it may not be the end of the world. Here are three easy transfer targets that McMillan should target this offseason.

1. Paulius Murauskas - St. Mary's

Going to the team that knocked you out in March Madness is -- something to say the least. But Murauskas will be one of the hot additions for a lucky team next season.

He started his career with Arizona, but didn't play much. His last two seasons at St. Mary's have been his main bread and butter, and his averages have been improving ever since he stepped foot on Randy Bennett's court.

Last season, Murauskas averaged 18.4 points per game, 7.6 rebounds and shot 33 percent from deep. He's not just a deep shooting threat. He's an offensive threat, and at 6-foot-8, he's the perfect replacement for fans not to miss Dominguez as much.

2. Bishop Boswell - Tennessee

Stealing one of Rick Barnes' guys would be thrilling.

Boswell massively improved his playing time in his sophomore year with Tennessee, and strictly as a guard, McMillan can always use one of those. The 6-foot-4 sophomore from Charlotte, NC, averaged 6.2 points on 38.5 percent from deep.

He wasn't necessarily an outcast, of course. But with freshman forward Nate Ament taking most of the spotlight at Tennessee, it's easy to see why Boswell would want out. He could stay for two more years of college and give McMillan some valuable minutes.

3. Brant Byers - Miami (Ohio)

Byers always deserves to get a mention whenever we talk about the portal.

Byers helped the Redhawks to a 32-2 record and averaged 14.4 points while shooting 39 percent from deep. At 6-foot-8, this kid can shoot the rock, and he's already an accomplished athlete, being named to the 2nd Team All-MAC.

He's likely to be a Power 4 player when the offseason is all set and done, and McMillan has the perfect chance to turn Byers into an instant star.
